Description

ATTENTION ALL NEW PERSONS WISHING TO JOIN THIS GROUP:
Failure to assist us with the following small requirement WILL result in a rejection.
With your very first message to us applying to join, you MUST include your first name and your approximate location (state and/or country). This is an International Group and we like to know roughly where members are. Special note for those from the USA: your two letter state code may have little meaning to group members in the rest of the world (yes, such a place exists!) so please spell out the state. Thanks! Also add a line or so about you and your interest in this aircraft.
This is a list for those interested in the Australian Corby Starlet CJ-1. The Starlet is a single seat, plans built, VW or Jabiru powered all wood aircraft capable of sports aerobatics. It was designed in the early 60's by Aeronautical Engineer John Corby of Sydney Australia and has been built, flown and enjoyed safely by many ever since. Plans are only available direct from John Corby in Sydney Australia, or from Patricia & Vic Boyce in Florida USA. Make contact with our group for contact information.

CORBY CM-2 KESTREL - "the metal Starlet" - 2011: John Corby has released plans for this all aluminium single seater, similar, yet different to the Starlet. Plans direct from John Corby. Prototype ZK-SJM is flying in New Zealand.

Currently, group members are worldwide. English is the normal list language. We will try to help in any language using Google translator. New members will automatically be sent our "Frequently Asked Questions" information paper.

FEATURED AIRCRAFT:
Jabiru 2200 powered VH-KLK built by Frank Deeth, Victoria Australia. In his spare time, Frank flies something a little larger, the Qantas A380.
