AND THEN THERE WAS WOMAN!

"Then the Lord God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone. I
will make a helper who is right for him."
Genesis 2:18

Did you notice that when God created the world, He paused after each
thing he created and said that it was good? But when He looked at man
and saw him all alone, He said it was NOT good! He went so far as to
bring every living creature to the man, yet not one suitable
companion was found for him!

So God went back to the drawing board and created WOMAN from the rib
of the man! Finally, the perfect companion ... bone of his bone, and
flesh of his flesh! Ladies, there is nothing better in a man's life
than his WIFE!! HE NEEDS YOU!

Because a cop is trained to be in complete control of incidents on
the job, and because he develops a great deal of confidence in his
abilities, he may not come across as though he needs you. But trust
me, HE DOES!!

Your husband has experienced so many negative circumstances and
witnessed so much evil in his career, that he NEEDS the perspective
and refuge that you provide! He needs your softness to balance out
the 'tough' that is required for his job.

Don't ever negate how much your man needs you! God says that you have
become one with your spouse... He needs you in order to function in a
healthy manner, just as much as he needs every part of his body!

PRAYER: Father, show these women just how much their husbands need
them! Reveal to the men just how valuable and necessary their wives
are to their well-being! In Jesus' name, amen.
