Ladies, sometimes when women are afraid for their husband's safety, or
frustrated with their spouse, or don't know what or how to pray for their
husband in certain circumstances, they start to feel like their prayers are not
getting any higher than the ceiling. So for the next few mailings, I am going to
give you a series of powerful prayers/declarations packed full of the Word of
God! Each is designed to wreak havoc on and destroy Satan's forces in your
officer's life, as well as to put the power of God to work in his life!

Wherever you see the words 'my husband' in the prayers, personalize it by
inserting your husband's name when you pray! The scripture references backing
each portion of the prayer will be included in parentheses.

PRAYERS FOR MY LEO HUSBAND --- "Declaring His Safety"

My husband has been called by God Almighty to be a peace officer! God
Himself has placed him in his position of authority and says that he
is a minister of God for the good of the people (Romans 13:1-4)!

I have confidence in my husband's ability to carry out his duties.
The Lord has equipped him to do whatever is needed on the job (Psalm
144:1)! God is continually at work in my husband, completing that
calling which He began in him (Philippians 1:6)!

The Lord is my husband's protector! He guards him as he comes and
goes on the job (Psalm 121:7-8). God's faithfulness is my husband's
shield (Psalm 91:4). The Word of God (which is called a SWORD) is MY
primary weapon (Ephesians 6:17b); as I speak it in prayer for my
husband, it protects his life (Proverbs 18:21a)! No harm will come to
him, for God's angels protect him as he works (Psalm 91:10-11)!

I do not fear for my husband's safety because the Lord is the defense
of his life (Psalm 27:1)! The Lord trains my husband's hands to fight
and his fingers for battle (Psalm 144:1)! I will not worry about
terror or weapons or destruction during his shifts; they will not
overcome my husband (Psalm 91:5-7)! When he comes upon trouble, God
will be with him and rescue him (Psalm 91:14-15)!

If someone attacks my husband, they will be defeated because of him!
No weapon that has been made to be used against my husband shall
succeed (Isaiah 54:15-17). God even empowers him to fight against a
group of assailants and to leap over walls during a chase if
necessary (Psalm 18:29)!

My husband WILL come home to me at the end of every shift, for he
shall not die! He will LIVE and tell of the works of the Lord (Psalm
118:17)! With a long life God will satisy him (Psalm 91:16)!

AMEN!
