CAUTION: Today's devotional is in regard to enjoying married sex. If
you were sexually abused in your past and it is still affecting your
ability to have/enjoy sex, you need to give yourself permission to
see a counselor to help work through those issues first. You CAN have
a fulfilling sex life after you have gotten healing. Also, if you are
having major marriage issues that are spilling over into the bedroom,
give yourselves permission to get marriage counseling.

LOVERS FOREVER...Part 6 "Hot Monogamy!"
"I am my beloved's, and his desire is for me."
Song of Solomon 7:10
Welcome to the last episode of LOVERS FOREVER! Today we are going to
discuss ways to put the fun back into married sex! So fasten your
seatbelts and let's get started!
Sex was never meant to be a burden or a chore. Nor was it meant to be
boring! God created it to be intimate, fun, and exhilarating! No
other shared experience unites a married couple more than making love!
I believe that sex gets mundane and boring because of lack of
variety; you get in a rut. So let's get out of that rut... include
some 'adventure', some 'outrageous fun'! When you involve a little
adventure, you get the adrenaline going and it becomes exciting
again! By adventure, I do not mean something that will get you caught
by others; that is inappropriate. But rather new and creative ways to
BE LOVERS!
Have you ventured out of the bedroom for a sexual rendezvous lately?
How about the livingroom, the kitchen, the diningroom, or the
bathroom for a change! Try taking it outside (make sure you can't be
caught)! Drape the deck with blankets for privacy and enjoy some
loving under the stars! Pitch a tent in the backyard and have
a "lovers campout"! Go out to the garage and try out the backseat of
the car just for fun!
How often do YOU initiate the love making? Most men would love to be
seduced by their wife! Build up to love making by teasing your man
throughout the day! Sneak a pair of your sexy panties in his gym bag
to entice him! Put a sealed, steamy love note in his lunch or squad
bag! Or call him at work, using your sexiest voice, and tell him what
is waiting for him when he gets home...!!! He may even find a reason
to come home early!!
Kids pose an issue of course... so you'll have to work a little
harder in those cases. Arrange for a neighbor or friend to take the
kids once in awhile so that you can have some PLANNED romantic fun!
Maybe drop them at their friend's house for a play date while you go
back home to your hubby! Or just slip into your bedroom and lock the
door!!!
Be playful and silly! Or seductive and sensuous! Maybe even role
play, complete with costumes! You are married, it's ok to do that!
Not every love making session needs to be spiced up... but be
willing to step outside the box once in awhile with wild abandon and
enjoy some hot monogamy!
"How beautiful and how delightful you are, my love, with all your
charms! Your stature is like a palm tree, and your breasts are like
it's clusters. I said, 'I will climb the palm tree, I will take hold
of it's fruit stalks.' Oh, may your breasts be like clusters of the
vine, and the fragrance of your breath like apples, and your mouth
like the best wine!" Song of Solomon 7:6-9
