EASTER THOUGHTS

"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that
whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life. For
God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that
the world should be saved through Him." (John 3:16-17, NAS)

I was thinking today about the reason God sent Jesus to this earth to
die on the cross. The Bible says that it was because God LOVES us and
wanted to SAVE us. On that note, I want to share some thoughts. :)

***God LOVES you! Remind yourself not to think of God as a cop on the
corner waiting to bust you the first time you mess up! Law
enforcement families sometimes have an "enforcement" mentality about
spiritual things. Jesus came to redeem and restore, not to cuff-n-
stuff!

***God loves your husband, too, and He is your husband's protector!
Remember that when you are afraid for his safety! Read Psalm 91 and
apply that to your husband's protection!

***Again, God loves your husband! If he isn't walking with the Lord,
don't bug him about it... PRAY FOR HIM and LOVE HIM! A praying wife
will loosen the bondage that Satan has on her husband!

***God loves your children! He never sleeps! He is watching over them
even when you cannot! Pray and believe God for their protection!

***Again, God loves your children! If any of them have not come to
know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, or if they have strayed from
what they have been taught, PRAY AND BELIEVE that they will come to
their senses! A praying mother will change the lives of her children!!

***All throughout the Bible, God says He is your redeemer and
restorer! If your marriage is in trouble, if your finances are
failing, if your health is compromised, if your mind is troubled...
ask God to redeem and restore these things! THAT IS PART OF WHY HE
SENT JESUS!!

A very happy Resurrection Day to you all!!
