THE PARKS DEPT. WILL SUPPLY:
fencing, tools, know-how and wood chips.



TO BUILD THE RUN, THE DOG OWNERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

labor- puting up the fencing (with parks dept help and instruction)
and installing gates and tree bench/boxes.

cost- We will need to cover the cost of materials (wood, latches) for
the gates and the bench/boxes that will surround each tree.
Justin has donated his time and shop for the construction of these.
With our group, the expense should be minimal for each of us.



IN ORDER TO KEEP THE RUN AFTER IT IS BUILT,
WE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING IT BY:

cleaning up after our own dogs and
picking up anything someone else may have missed

participating when possible in brief weekly group clean-ups (1/2 hr.)
- bring the dogs and pick up a bit, help spread wood chips, etc.

requesting wood chips from the parks dept when needed and
spreading them with rakes kept in the utility bld at the park.
