CGROL is a forum for members to discuss of the Conservative Party of Canada (CPC), one of the newest, yet the oldest federal political parties in Canada. The CPC was formed in 2003-2004 through a merger of the Progressive Conservative Party of Canada and the Canadian Alliance. Since its formation in December 2003, the party has campaigned in three federal elections and has been the party in power since Jan 2006. The Party Leader, Stephen Harper, is the Prime Minister of Canada.
This forum is a good place for party members and supporters to discuss the CPC, it activities, prospects and context. In addition we cover the entire Canadian political spectrum and issues of the day. Discussion is often brisk and well thought out. Our forum is well respected in the Conservative community.
