This is the public mailing list for members and others who are interested in the philosophy and practices of Toteg Tribe, a tradition of shamanic spirituality, nature religion and natural magic, since 1984.

Specifically our purpose is to discuss ideas and applications for developing and applying natural spirituality in everyday living. We emphasize using shamanic techniques along with the principles and practices shared on our web site. Folklore, folk magic, and superstitions are of special interest.
