Very cool, Melisa.  I'll certainly check it out.  Thank you for passing along the info.
Currently I'm using paint pens and love 'em!  :) Though they can get a bit pricey.

I wanted to tell you all about the great pens I just got at Walgreens Drug Store. They are permanent, acid-free, and they write over paint! The best part is that they come 24 colors in a pack for only $14.99. The colors are really pretty ones, too. Not just the basics. They are called Bic Mark It. I know someone was asking about pens recently so I though some of you might want to check these out. I love that they are acid-free.

Thanks, Linda. She had an ultrasound yesterday, and I got to see the teeny-tiny little heart fluttering. Wow!

Check this out for fun! You can create art on a piece of bread and display it in the Feeding America Gallery.
$1 goes to Feeding America for every piece of bread art you create.
This is a very neat site. Toasting a piece of art is a new treat.

I added one by using an ATC I made. Easy and fun! I'm sure I'll make more!

Hi! I'm Janice and I just joined! I love keeping journals. After writing
technical documents, I find journaling a relaxing and creative outlet in my
retirement.
I realize that I can also put my art into a journal also - and I want to try
composition books as a medium and see what can be done on my favorite little
journals. I like handmade paper, digital backgrounds, vintage photographs and
embellishments.
I want to learn different techniques and see what others are doing! Thanks!
Janice

I created an album in Photos. It's a collection of art from an altered book I
am working on to Zentangles. I am excited to start my composition book this
week - I've never done one before, but think it's an excellent to be creative.
Any tips in working with the thinner pages are welcomed!
Janice (New Mexico) I see there's another Janice! Hi!

I'm really enjoying these articles.

Another thing I had fun with last week is http://www.befunky.com/ . I played with it for a couple of hours. The first image I put in wound up my favorite and the focal point of my latest journal page. http://www.flickr.com/photos/68499916@N00/3440010702/ This photo of my granddaughter Erin is a fav anyway. Quipaw is how she says grandpa.

I posted a few of my recent spreads on my flickr account if anyone wants to look.
