Exactly...it is a legal and moral obligation to follow the contract. I
was looking for a couple of real life examples to demonstrate the idea
by some that there isn't a real penalty for bending the rules. There
are some who are under the mistaken belief no one will every find out
or that the greatest penalty is a letter saying "don't do that." It is
okay if they cut corners in their own life, they will suffer the
consequences. However, cutting corners at a community theatre or a
community center for the arts puts a community asset in jeopardy.
