The Committee for the Preservation of Wildlife (CPW) is a student organized group at Northern Illinois University. Our purpose is to bring about the protection and conservation of wildlife, take an active role in preventing environmental degradation induced by the activities of people, and to increase awareness and appreciation of wildlife values. Anyone on the planet can be on the listserv by request, and any NIU student can become a member by coming to a meeting. Meetings are usually held in Montgomery room 442.
