The Barclay/Midway and Old Goucher Coalition is a group of community organizations that united in the Summer of 2003 over the topic of economic development and revitalization in the Barclay-Midway and Old Goucher area.

Since its birth the Coalition has built many strong partnerships and its members include:
Barclay/Midway and Old Goucher residents, the Barclay Leadership Council, C-Safe, Dallas F. Nicholas Elementary School, Diakon Lutheran Housing Services, East Baltimore Midway Community Development Corporation, Ebenezer Baptist Church, Franciscan Youth Center, Greater Homewood Community Corporation, Greenmount Planning Council, Lovely Lane Methodist Church, Old Goucher Community Association, Parks and People Foundation, People’s Homesteading Group, St. Ambrose Housing Aid Center, St. Marks Lutheran Church and the Ebenezer Development Corporation.
