Four Winds Circle #148 is a Mt. Airy, Maryland based circle of SpiralScouts International, Inc. We are an inclusive scouting group for boys and girls ages 3-18, and their families. We are open to families of all (or no) beliefs and focus our attention on Mother Earth and balance in the universe.
Like other scouting groups, we earn badges and awards, go hiking and camping, learn about other cultures through cooking traditional foods, listening to myths and learning songs of their heritages. We also focus on the community through various service projects and celebrate holidays with festive parties.
As stated in our handbook, "the SpiralScouts program will provide opportunities for you and your family to work together in fun and meaningful ways."
