ALL MEMBERS OF THE BODY OF CHRIST!


Christian PenPals Outreach, a prison ministry, is here for the Body of Christ to unite in fellowship and support. We are Christians that love Jesus because He first loved us. Being blessed by God, we feel a responsibility to give back by ministering to people in need. God created humans to need one another - uplifting one another in our walk with Christ and caring for the Body as being a member ourselves, wanting good for the whole.

If one is walking alone and falls, who will pick him up? There is a large portion of the Body suffering, forgotten, and walking alone as outcasts. We have a burden for them, men and women who fell. They messed up their lives and they are incarcerated, paying their debt to society. But still Jesus loves them. He died for them too, and He has told us to remember them as if we were in prison with them! Jesus tells us if we visit the prisoner it is the same as if we visited Him. This is true if they are in the Body, because Christ is in them; Born Again of the Spirit as a New Creation. God has called them out of darkness into His marvelous light, just as He did with you and me at one time.

Let's put away pride and apathy to be The One Body Christ intended; to reach out and unite all members, to support those suffering adversity, and share in fellowship, giving testimonies of praise and glory to God.

Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body. Hebrews 13:3
