This is a group for Christian ladies. We share devotions, prayers, support, recipes, our love for the Lord, our joys and our trials, and most of all, friendship.
If you're on a low carbohydrate diet to lose weight, be healthier or due to doctors recommendations for illness improvement, this is the group for you. Here we share low carbohydrate recipes, including recipes that have no carbohydrates in them at all, tips, tricks, helpful hints...anything that helps keeping true to a low carbohydrate diet.

Sharing is a key to a groups success and, like most other things in life, we all benefit when we all give and participate. Please take the time to find some recipes to share with the group and make sure you have time to participate weekly. Even if you aren't particularly fond of the recipes yourself someone else may have been looking for them.
One more thing. Upon joining please briefly introduce yourself to the group and give us the name you prefer to be addressed as so, you can be welcomed properly by other members.
Participation is not only encouraged here, but mandatory. We are a family of believers and are here for each other 24/7. We'd love to have you join us, but please only join if you have the time to be an active participant and part of our little family here :).
