This group is to educate Custodial Parents (male and female) on Child Support in Illinois. This Not For Profit Organization offers education to families that need information about the legal rights and remedies for Child Support Enforcement. This will be achieved through educating you on Enforcement Tools, Illinois Statues, Contact information for Child Support Enforcement and Government officials, websites you can visit for information on enforcement tools used by CSE and the courts to force the Non Custodial Parent to meet their court ordered Child Support Obligation. We will teach you how to document your case and how to stay actively involved in your Child Support cases. We will also educate you on obtaining Medical Support and Paternity issues. Child Support in Illinois not only has this group site but we have a website as well. We offer support, education and motivation along with a huge boost of hope and encouragement. CSII (aka Child Support in Illinois) also offers advocacy programs to ensure that Child Support laws are justly, strictly and expeditiously enforced for the benefit of collecting the support that every child deserves to have. Children are affected by parents who fail to meet legal and moral Child Support obligations. All children deserve to be support by both parents. We will also assist you on interstate cases (you live here and the non-custodial parent lives in another state or vise versa). It is our hope to provide you with the information you need to persuade Child Support Enforcement to use their enforcement tools that are available. Education is the Key! The more educated the Custodial Parent becomes, the more they will achieve.
