Chicken Sausage Rolls With Crunchy Relish - Serves 4

Ingredients
1 pkg chicken sausage -- pre-cooked
1 tablespoon honey
1 dill pickle -- chopped with
2 teaspoon of pickle brine
1/2 red bell pepper -- chopped
1 small Kirby cucumber -- chopped
salt and pepper
hot dog buns
Instructions
1. In a medium non-stick skillet cook sausages and honey over medium
heat turning occasionally until sausages are cooked and juices have
thickened to a glaze, six to eight minutes.
2. Meanwhile, in a bowl stir together the dill pickle with the pickle
brine, red bell pepper and the cucumber. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Tuck sausages into bun, top with relish.
Serves 4
