On April 26th, 2006, former Army military intelligence officer Captain Eric H. May wrote high officials of the state of Illinois and Chicago, stating that he believed secret exercises being planned for May 2-4 were likely an attempt to set up a "Chicago 911."
The internet community rapidy and widely published his "RED ALERT: Chicago 911" for a simple reason: Capt. May had issued a similiar alert to Texas City to watch against a nuclear strike by Bush on 1/31/06 -- and the next day "day after" nuke assets were found operating in Texas City, which had been set up.
On April 27th, 2006, Illinois governor Blagojevich issued a press release stating that the WMD exercises about to be held in Chicago had been planned for the last seven months. This raised more questions than it answered. The foremost: Why did the governor wait until the day after Capt. May confronted officials to issue the press release?
Capt. May will serve as the head investigator of the Chicago 911 Inquest. His status is official, insofar as he is on a mission of conscience, consistent with his oath as a military officer, to defend the constitution and people of the USA, and he requests the cooperation of other loyal officers.
The goal of this inquest will be to ascertain whether high treason has been planned against the people of Chicago, Illinois and the USA in the form of a Chicago 911, and whether the May 2-4 exercises were planned to further the goal of that high treason. In the event of Capt. May's assassination in the course of his mission of conscience, it is his final request that this be taken into account by those who finally bring the Bush Administration to justice.
This inquest opens with a letter to Governor Blagojevich, which will serve as intro for police, military and citizens. For the articles and interviews related to this inquest, refer to the Capt.
