Our name pretty much describes who we are and what we hope to do in this life. The name was derived from information in several scriptures including:

Proverbs 15:13 - "A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance..."

2 Cor. 9: 7 - "Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver."

This group is here to cheer hearts, and warm bodies with handmade items. We help local charities, as well as donating to worldwide needs. The goal is to cheer both the heart of the giver and the receiver!

* We chat about what we are making and for whom; we lift each other with positive statements and helpful ideas on where and how to help others.

* We share humanitarian pattern links, (NO full patterns!), post links to any heartwarming humanitarian stories, and share relevant info pertaining to humanitarian work worldwide.
