This group is sponsored by the Peace River Audubon Society.

The purpose of this list is to allow those concerned with nature, wildlife and protecting the environment in the Charlotte County, Florida area to communicate with each other in a speedy and efficient manor.

The list should be used for the following purposes:

1. Informing the list members of any events, meetings or other functions that involve nature, wildlife and protecting the environment in Charlotte County.

2. Passing along information on the presence and location of unusual, rare or exceptionally beautiful, birds, plants or other wildlife.

3. Sending any other messages that help in any way protect the ‘Water we drink,’ the ‘Air we breathe,’ or the ‘Wildlife we love,’ in our beautiful county.
