Ride Categories Leisure / Moderate - 12 - 14 MPH (20 to 30 miles)
Intermediate - 14 - 16 MPH (25 to 45 miles)
Experienced - 16 - 18 MPH (30 to 62 miles)
Advanced - 18 - 21 MPH ( 30 to 100 miles)
