We’ve got another exciting year planned!
So that I don’t have to fill your inbox with several different emails, I composed this one long email so you can get all the information at once. Estimated Reading time (if you read it all) is 4-7 minutes.

Celebration Education is a totally different approach to learning, based on the way the brain works. The great part is that it is fun! Kids love this stuff!
Our activities each year are centered on a thematic learning adventure into which we integrate all our academic subjects. So far, we’ve learned with Leonardo daVinci, captured historical figures with Bill and Ted, and raided Renaissance minds with Indiana Jones.
We gear the activities to ages 6-13, but both younger and older students have participated and enjoyed the activities.
We get together 1-3 times a week, and can be the backbone for all of your studies for the year. Here’s an example of a possible week with Celebration Education:
Monday: Two-hour topic introduction activities
This is where a group of students meet together for a variety of learning experiences, centered on a different topic each week. The students may take home books on the subject, as well as a list of activities that they may do at home for follow-up.
Tuesday: Field trip
“Being there” experiences are an integral part of what we do. We have about two field trips a month, each relating to the topic of that week.
Thursday: Extra-curricular classes
These are generally 6-week classes that are more focused on a particular subject. Past offerings include math games, art, gymnastics, and filmmaking, etc.
