Welcome to Cedar Rapids Freecycle. We serve the Cedar Rapids metro area. However, the Cedar Rapids and Linn County Freecycle(TM) Network is open to all in the nearby, surrounding localities of Linn County (within a 50 mile radius of Cedar Rapids) who want to “recycle” that special something rather than throw it away.

You may also ask for something you want:
• Please limit the wanted posts to 2 per week per person (limit of 3 items per wanted post).
• Please do not post the same "wanted" posting more than every 30 days.
• We do not allow wanted posts for coupons, tickets, etc. (but they may be offered).
• NOTE: NO PET OR ANIMAL POSTS ARE ALLOWED ON THIS GROUP.

One constraint: everything posted must be FREE, LEGAL and APPROPRIATE FOR ALL AGES.

We require your physical location (city) to be put into the subject line on ALL POSTS (OFFERS, WANTEDS, TAKEN, FOUND). Please note that the location should be the last thing in the subject.

Below we show the proper formatting for the subject line. Any variations from those shown here will be deleted or rejected by the moderators.
