On Tuesday, April 1, I went to see my doctor for a
respiratory infection that had been with me since I
returned from two speaking engagements in Washington
DC.

The results of my 'vitals' cause him to immediately
admit me as a patient so I could be administered
antibiotics via I.V. 24 hours a day.

Some of my long term subscribers may remember I had
been operated on for a colon cancer tumor in 1998.
Further testing from this most recent stay showed that
the cancer has metastasized. They found it in my
brain, lungs, and liver. I will start whole brain
radiation next week for 5 days a week lasting three
weeks.

Then I will go on chemo for treatment of my lungs and
liver.

Due to these medical challenges, I will not be able to
continue publishing Cantu Humor.

To my new subscribers I apologize for this abrupt
change of events and to both, my new subscribers and
my long term subscribers, I say 'Thank you for your
support.”
