CaliforniaCanadians is mailing list for Canadians living and/or working in California.

Common topics include:

  • Work visas and immigration (INS)
  • Taxes and legal issues (IRS)
  • Moving issues (SSN's, DMV, etc)
  • Help with acronyms
  • Social gatherings
  • Bulletins regarding Canadian artists performering in So Cal.
  • Bulletins regarding Canadian sports events in So Cal.
  • People looking for apartments, roommates, etc.
  • Other questions and help to make life easier and more fun.
The list traffic averages about 100 messages a month (3 per day). Please use proper netiquette... that is, do NOT respond to every email you read, and please do NOT create ME TOO messages that contribute nothing else to the discussion. Also be aware that on the internet your messages take on a life of their own. Your posts are probably being archived somewhere.
