This group is for sharing the technical, professional and administrative experiences, development of CWES-A cadre officers and individuals with a view to have respectable works and working environment, facilities, promoting democratic principles within cadre in accordance with basic tenets of the country's constitution, brotherhood feelings, realizing transparent, accountable and citizen-friendly CWES cadre, promoting good governance in water institutions managed by cadre, sharing innovative ideas in technical areas or man management or financial management, improving the overall thinking/outlook of the cadre on par with developments in water sector in the world and finally common vision with people-centric perspective of development of water resources sector along with sustainable development in the country.
