I will be unable to attend this evenings meeting and unfortunately I
will also be out of town next month. Sorry for missing but my
regards to the group.
One comment I can offer is that I attended the Sustainable
Connections all day event last month and in addition to the
prevalent fear that the world was ending, I learned that when the SC
people go around the county on a farm tour, they car pool instead of
renting a more fuel efficient, environmentally friendly bus. But the
Airporter had a lot of fans there and it was an informative event.
Particularly impressed with the energy efficient design of the new
WECU office building on Holly St.
