As the old adage goes, one person's garbage is another's treasure-so if you're thinking about throwing out that pile of "junk" sitting in your garage, you've come to the right place! Whether it's an old TV or egg cartons, a pile of old books list it on CRFreeStuff and see what happens.

A few Crfreestuff rules:

- All post must be in this format Wanted: name of item Offer: name of item and location Promised: name of item Taken: name of item Spotted: name of item and location .

This information must be in the subject line of each post or it will not get approved. Our board is fully moderated to prevent incorrect post.

- Tag line/signature lines that are long, contain personal info. or business advertisements will not be allowed and your post will not be approved until it’s changed

- Do not ask for something you don’t think could end up in the trash. We do not allow post for wanted: cars you may however post a car if you are offering it only……

- Please be responsible and pick up the items you asked for and made arrangement to get, no shows are not nice and people will stop giving you items

- Information posts are allowed but keep it limited. You may not post anything that involves money etc. Offer: apartment the landlord gets money, you may post Wanted: info on apts in Albany.

- ALL items listed must be FREE. If you're trying to get rid of an item, you must be giving it away - do not list it for sale. Trades are also not allowed.

- Do not post ads for inappropriate/illegal items. Those that do so will be banned from the list.

- No spam and no politics! New members must be approved so that we may weed out spammers.
