This is a community bulletin board for the Capital Region. Please treat this just as you would a bulletin board at your local supermarket or corner store. This is not the place to post your tangible items for sale/trade/want, or to give away free. There are other capital district groups for those purposes.

You may post requests and offers for coupons, services, apartment rentals, or barter. Announcements for community happenings, local events, or garage sales are welcome. Information posts are allowed as long as they are of interest to a good portion of the community. Babysitting services or computer repair services are an example of acceptable postings. Bartering is encouraged!!

Profanity, adult services, politics, commercial advertising, inappropriate or illegal items or posts will not be allowed. Posting of personal websites is not allowed. Postings that may cause conflict or contradiction will be scrutinized at the discretion of the moderator.

Membership and postings will be moderated. Postings will be approved at the discretion of the moderators.
