This group is intended for adoptive families who have adopted children from the Chongqing Chldren's Home (the welfare institute director's name is Deng Mingguo). The group is also open to adoptive families who have recently received the referral of a child from the Chongqing municipality Children's Home. The Children's Home was previously called the "Chongqing Children's Welfare Institute" and/or the "Chongqing Social Welfare Institute". It was recently renamed the "Chongqing Children's Home".
