The Cleveland Park Citizens Association (CPCA) is a community group in the Cleveland Park neighborhood of Washington, DC. It was established in 1911 and incorporated in 1964 as the "Connecticut Avenue Citizens Association." The name was changed in 1966 to the Cleveland Park Citizens Association. Over the years, it has raised money for the construction of the local library branch and been active in zoning, traffic and other issues. This group was founded in 2009 to provide CPCA members with an unmoderated place to discuss the aims, goals, activities and organization of the CPCA.
