1. We don't talk disparagingly about other Court_Watcher members. If you have an issue, you may e-mail me backchannel for help in solving it.

2. We adopt and follow the ethical rules of conduct and as advocates, we never discuss anyone's case to third parties either on this group or on other groups without the express permission of the subject of that record. Minor children cannot give consent by legal standard and therefore, minor children's names shall be held private, confidential and only initials used in place of their name respecting their privacy.

3. We will not follow patriot law . This is 2006 not 1706.

4. We believe in both father's and mother's rights and gender bashing will not be tolerated AT ALL.

5. We will respect others at all times

6. We do not discuss the difference between Sui Juris or Pro Se.

7. Suzanne Shell is not welcome here please do not forward any thing from this group to her or affiliates of FRAI.

8. Acting out in emotional, uncontrollable, rude, insulting or snide behavior will not be tolerated nor will stalking this site. If you engage in this type of behavior, you will be banned. Coming back under a different user name will not exempt your ban and I will have to ban that name from the group as well.

All abherent posts will be moderated. I apologize if
this happens to you. However, certain decorum in posting is expected to be polite and non-divisive. You will receive a first warning; if you continue the behavior after that I will ban you.
