Community Outreach Of Lighthouse – Fully Relying On God

We are a Teen organization within Lighthouse Baptist Church that reaches out to the community to provide services for God’s glory. "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” (Mark 16:15 NASB)

We believe that through helping the community and showing a Christ like love, having discussions about Him, volunteers and becoming more engaged citizens, we may show to our community how God is. "Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.” (Matthew 5:16 NASB)

We believe in enabling our cities, our churches, our schools, and our nation while keeping true to our faith that there is only one way to heaven, that is Jesus Christ, "And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12 NASB)

We will have fund raisers and projects that benefit the community outside of LBC for the purpose of helping our community and evangelism for Christ because we “Let no one seek his own good, but that of his neighbor.” (1 Corinthians 10:24 NASB)

Finally, we will study the Word of God so that, “As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming;” (Ephesians 4:14 NASB)
