About 250 families adopting from Guatemala have lawyers and/or agencies who completed the 1st registration at the CNA, but missed the 2nd registration, which could only take place between Feb. 9 and Feb. 12, 2008. As many as 95% of these families don't even know they're in this situation. We who do, can we get together to support each other and share strategy on how to resolve this issue?
