Troy: Well... Desktop has 3 prong cord and should be grounded thru the outlet... Laptop only has 2 prong cord so is not grounded... Don't know where to go...

Bill: It's a change to the wiring of the mother board. The DCCOD's only have a single +12 VDC power supply and is not connected to the track common for bias....
