This online collaborative workshop will allow you to explore, experiment, and actively participate in collaborative learning and reap its benefits. You can share discussions(message threads), communicate/synergize synchronously and asynchronously, create feedback groups, post/share links and resources, and upload assignment/project materials to be shared.
I hope that you will experience a sense of community and take full advantage of the resources available: files, links, databases, guest mentors, guest facilitators and of course the e-moderator (myself).
The theme is "Integrating Technology in the Classroom" specifically, your music classrooms. Technological issues that arise and those you experience in the classroom will be addressed and attempted to be collaboratively solved by selection in accordance to group selected hierarchy of technological issues in the music classroom.
This course is part of a research that explores and evaluates the implications of mentored/facilitated Collaboration and Collaborative learning and activities in an online Constructivist Learning Environment, in the quest to expand and synergize the ideas, practices and expertise of music teachers in Trinidad and Tobago.
