Please let me know what is position of CIML about situation in
Kosovo?
Does CIML:

1.Support independence of Kosovo?
2.If Kosovo become independent under control of USA and EU
imperialism and if NATO troops stay in Kosovo after that teritory
become independent of Serbia,will CIML support Kosovo independence or
will be against it becouse it is colony of imperialism and NATO?
3.Will CIML support Kosovo independence in condition when
imperialsit countries support independence or it will be against
independence becouse imperialist support for goverment in Pristina?
4.CIML consider that Serbs in nortern part of Kosovo have right for
self-determination after independence of Kosovo or not?

Dear comrade Gole,

thank you very much for your questions.

We try to give you an answer about our position concerning independence of Kosova.

We are principally not necessary for any independence. We always try to give an answer of the question: Independence from whom or what.

So, in the historical process we always follow the standpoint of comrade Enver Hoxha:

Every people has a right for idependence, also the people of Kosova.

Therefor we stick to our position:

Independence of Kosova. Kosova Republique ! YES.

Traditionally and without any doubt is the independence of the Kosovar people from Serbian surpression and exploitation. This struggle is not finished. There is still subordination by Serbia and in so far we have to support the Albanian people.

In our Generalline of the worldrevolution`s strategy and tactics, we described our standpoint of view in this matter. Also in our article : "Hands off Kosova!" There you can find our position on this problem.

Another thing is independence from worldimperialism with US-imperialism at top. We always followed the aims of friendship amongst the people of the Balcan on the base of anti-imperialism. We believe that the Balcan people play an important role in strengthening the unity of the people all over the world in the struggle against world-imperialism.

We don`t support such imperialist plans which are based on taking advantage of the problems among the Serbian and Kosova people to subordinate the Balcan under world-imperialist interests.  In this way we want to help the Serbian and Kosova people to solve their problems without any influence from outside imperialist forces. We are convinced that the Serbian people and the people in Kosova can solve their differences brotherly and peacefully.

We are against occupation-troops as well in Serbia as in Kosova. So there is only independence of Kosova and Serbia, if the imperialist troops leave the area. These troops won`t do this by their own will. Both the people have to force them violently. Getting rid of imperialist occupation troops is a matter of class-struggle - a matter of international class-struggle. So Kosova needs support from the worldproletariat. Every victory of the anti-imperialist front in the Balcans and especially in the struggle for the rights of the Balcan people is a victory for the whole internationalist anti-imperialist front. Moreover, Comintern /ML thinks that the struggle in Kosova is a fanal of worldproletarian revolution (see also our "general line").

Imperialist cannot support independence of any people. It is not possible if you base upon Marxism-Leninism. So any "independence" is a lie of the imperialists. The imperialists only support independence to exploit and oppress the peoples all over the world. And therefore there is only one correct independence which we Marxist-Leninists fight for: Indepedence of the world proletariat from the world imperialist chains. These chains can only be destroyed violently by revolution. So the struggle of  independence of the people  is than to be supported, if it helps forward the proletarian world revolution.

The differences of peoples can only be solved peacefully and in friendship.
The class differences between world proletariat and worldimperialists can only be solved by the death of worldimperialism.
World imperialism dies - the friendship between the Kosova and serbia will revive, the friendship and prosperity of the Balcan people will long for eternity.
