Cochlear Implants (CI's) are the most sophisticated biomedical technology in the world today. Absolute miracles that allow the deaf to hear. The main focus of this group is CI information and in particular, information about the Clarion and High Resolution Bionic Ear cochlear implant by Advanced Bionics.

There are many BEA (Bionic Ear Association) volunteers on this list. We volunteer for Advanced Bionics without compensation, payment or incentive bonuses for posting online. We do not collect points or credits for online mentoring, or any mentoring, of CI candidates. Advanced Bionics volunteers are true volunteers and are very proud of this status.
