CCHNet-Teen is a subgroup of CCHNet - Charlotte Christian Homeschool Network for homeschooling parents of teens. You need to have at least one child who is 12 or older to join.

This list is open to postings of all kinds of information relating to homeschooling older children, events that include this age group and introductions/posts seeking to connect teens socially. Please include your location in your posts/subject lines as the list reaches the greater Charlotte area.

CCHNet and its subgroups are Christian in orientation; however, we are open to all those who consider themselves Christian as well as those who are willing to endure religious postings and discussions without complaint. Please respect differences in beliefs and standards and conduct your own inquiries as to whether a particular activity will be appropriate for your family. Some families will feel more comfortable in a smaller traditional support group with a tightly defined statement of belief - you can email the group owner if you need a list of support groups to help in your search. When trying to make contacts in the teen years, many of us have found it necessary to broaden our parameters in our search, hence a list such as this one.
