This group is for networking in support of the California Cannabis Hemp & Health Initiative 2008, "Initiative 07-0064".

Local coordinators will help oversee collecting signatures for November 2008 ballot access.

Proponents believe this proposed hemp reform law is a good model for national US legislation to re-legalize human history's most important plant, the cannabis hemp plant, as part of a global climate stabilization emergency agricultural program for widespread national and global hemp cultivation for all its uses including replenishment of the atmospheric oxygen (to replenish Earth's ozone layer) and reduction of atmospheric carbon dioxide associated with fossil fuel combustion.

Leading qualified experts agree that widespread cannabis hemp cultivation MUST be part of any comprehensive climate solution, referencing the work of UN Climate Treaty Movement leader Alden Bryant and of Dr. Brian O'Leary who strongly agree.
