CAT Women is a place of refuge and advice for all those women working as Catastrophe Insurance Adjusters, examiners, estimators, etc.... We are also a place of refuge and advice for women FEMA workers. All women from every level of catastrophe work are welcome here including women contractors and women construction workers... Women working all aspects of catastrophe work. Comparatively, we are the minority in a male dominated industry.

But, there is always strength in numbers, regardless of the number. Any and all topics will be discussed. Answers to questions of concern by women will be provided by our collective experiences. Although we may be separated by geography, this will be the place to gather and close the gap. Please notify women you know in these industries and let them know there is a place to find guidance and solidarity.

Let us know where you are. Keep us informed of your current situation. We can resolve issues expeditiously if we keep the lines of communication open. Let's help each other with housing, health, clothing, stress reduction, family, policy, flood, construction, technology, travel etc... issues.
