This group is primarily intended for members of the Aberdeen and Northern Isles Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA). Discussion, serious or otherwise, of Real Ale in Grampian, Orkney and Shetland is actively encouraged by all participants. 23rd GREAT GRAMPIAN BEER FESTIVAL 2009 The 2009 festival will take place on Thursday 4th to Saturday 6th June at Pittodrie Stadium.
In 2008, members of the branch presented the Beer of the 2007 and 2008 Festival awards for Sulwath Solway Mist and Dark Star American Pale Ale. Broughton, Kelburn and Windie Goat breweries were also visited.
