This group is where members of local Freecycle groups (UK) can share information, discuss Freecycle or simply chat and get to know each other! If the Freecycle site is the shop this is just like a cafe - except without the food and drink ;)

This is to supplement the Freecycle network and not replace it. All we ask is that you keep it polite and free of politics, religion, and "adult" topics.

Feel free to:
Share community information.
Events (free or benefiting non-profit groups),
organisations looking for volunteers or members,
other community news - all welcome!

Ask for help. If you've got a "How do I?" or a "Where can I find?" sort of question, on pretty much any topic, this is the place to seek answers from your helpful and knowledgeable fellow members!

Discuss Freecycle. We welcome all comments, both positive and (constructively!) negative, about the Chiltern District group or the concept in general. Feel free to ask questions about how to best use Freecycle. Publicity ideas and offers of help are always very welcome too!

So, why not step in and introduce yourself?

Other guidelines may emerge as its use grows. This will be done in consultation with members as much as possible, with the aim of keeping the group friendly and useful! Members' posts are not moderated, but membership is subject to initial approval.
