This group is ONLY for Hampton Roads residents that have a valid military ID. Any and all branches, active duty, retired, dependants and of course those that are in the military themselves are all welcome....... THIS SITE IS ALSO FOR ANY MILITARY WHETHER THEY LIVE ON BASE OR NOT. WE ARE HELPING ALL MILITARY FAMILIES. .......The purpose of this site is to make it easier for those that live on base to recycle their items the way they want to without having to meet people at the gate or down the road. It has been brought to my attention that military families enjoy sales from avon, Mary Kay, Tupperware etc,,, and all military can use a thrifty break ,,, asking that you give a discount to the military families.

Military are always leaving and arriving in the Tidewater area, If you have animals that need a loving home, you may post it here. Please try to find a home for these guys, before just walking out on them or turning them over to the SPCA. If they have too many the animals are always put to sleep. They were loving pets to you, please try and find them another home. It is always best to let the new family know how they were raised. No surprises, so they won't toss them out. For instance I trained my puppy on those white pads,,, worked great, but now I have to be careful the kids don't throw white towels on the bathroom floor... get my drift?
