Right Speech is abstaining from lying, from divisive speech, from abusive speech, & from idle chatter.
A well spoken statement has five factors: it is timely, truthful, affectionate(is it gentle or harsh?),
beneficial(useful?) and it is spoken with a mind of good will
(is it spoken with a kind heart or inwardly malicious)
