I like Sharon Salzberg's story of the meditator trying to build a
comfortable meditation chair and realizing he was already sitting on one ;)
(I have a special tall forward sloping chair)

A quick note: (It is too hot in Sydney tonight). In the past I've found
myself searching the web for hours and then realizing all I had to do to be
satisfied was to breathe! And to realize that I already have 99.9% of what I
need in the present moment to be happy.
