Description

Buddhaviharas is a non-sectarian Buddhist mailing list providing daily inspirational messages relating to the four immeasurables (or Brahmaviharas) of lovingkindness, compassion, joy and equanimity.

Discussion of any of the immeasurables is welcome! In addition, anyone is welcome to submit quotations relating to these topics at any time. Please document the source of the quotation; i.e., if it comes from a book, note the title, author, pulisher and publication date.

May this be of benefit to all beings.
