Brickhouse Betties is an Albuquerque support group with a body positive focus. Although we are "size positive," that does NOT mean we are "skinny negative." We are dedicated to fostering a supportive, encouraging environment where those who are plus-sized or who may have other body image issues can share their experiences. Whether you are already comfortable in your own skin or would like to make strides toward self-acceptance, you are welcome here!

The purpose of this egroup is to supplement our meetings by providing a forum to continue discussing size issues, share ideas, and make plans for additional events and gatherings.

Discussions dealing with issues of size can sometimes be very emotional in nature.
