Repository ONLY for design sketches of boats by Phil Bolger and similar designers. Sketches and articles must be of a promotional nature, to describe the boat and encourage the purchase of building plans from the designer.

The purpose of the group is to educate, inform and promote the sale of plans for the designers.

Copyrighted mterial should not be posted. The poster assumes the responsibility for suitability of material posted.

The sketches should be posted in folders named for the design. The scans/images should be optimized for size and legibility, with only one set per design. One or two generic, small photos representative of a good build can be included. Sub-folders should be used for varients of the design.

A "Cartoon" is the name Bolger uses to describe a sketch and article promoting a particular design. A sketch advertises the general dimensions, accomodations, and intended use, but omits detail, encouraging the reader to buy study or building plans.
