Bohemian Latin Stand is Worcester’s most popular Latino poetry, music, and performance venue and provides a forum for Latinos and non-Latinos alike to come forward and share their talents with our audiences.

By joining our Yahoo group e-mail list, we will keep you informed of Bohemian Latin Stand’s exciting performances, activities, "open mic’s" and sponsored dance parties where all our friends and their friends are always welcome. You will be notified of the place, date and time for each of our events as well as other similar events happening in our community.

BLS is a group dedicated to promoting multiculturalism and multilinguism and educating the public about Latino culture through its original poetry, lyrics and music. Bohemian Latin Stand has performed for both public and private audiences of all sizes in schools, museums, libraries, restaurants, hotels, and community centers. BLS’s presentations have included folk songs, dancing, and literary works from Latin America, the Caribbean and Spain. All previous performers have been of Latin descent.

We have also, until recently, featured a monthly Open Mic’ event welcoming ALL poets, musicians and performers to share with us in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. Presently we are not featuring a monthly open mic’ and will keep you informed.

WE ARE SEARCHING FOR NEW ACTIVE MEMBERS TO PARTICIPATE IN UPCOMING ACTIVITIES AND PERFORMANCES.
